Pizzeria Bianco

A recent visit to Pizzeria Bianco found nothing has changed.  It is still deserving of the praise from Oprah, Mario and everyone else who says it is the best Pizzeria in America.  Appetizers included a Spiedini of Fontina cheese wrapped in beautifully thin prosciutto and a handmade Mozzarella lightly fried over a greens.  The pizza had the smokey flavor and thin crust so loved.  For a sampleing of all the flavors go for the Margherita, the Wiseguy with wood roasted onion, fennel sausage and the house smoked mozzarella and the all-white-pizza Biancoverde.  Wine flows easily.  The Lechthaler Pinot Nero from Italy matches the American Pinot Noir palet well.  Go early, relax and enjoy what many experts call the best pizza in the country.
